About Us

Tim Grote, P.E.

With close to fifteen years experience in irrigation design, construction observation, and project management, Tim is well qualified to undertake any irrigation engineering task. His experience as a project manager for the City of Cheyenne has given him a good handle on taking an irrigation project through the design, bidding, and construction phases of it’s lifecycle. Pulling a project through these many phases requires good communication between all parties involved, owners, engineers, consultants, and contractors. Having worked closely with maintenance staff, Tim understands the lifetime costs of an irrigation system, and how to minimize maintenance problems with good design. Tim graduated from Colorado State University with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. He is a licensed engineer in Colorado, Wyoming, and Arizona.
